1. Parties and scope

The camping and accommodation services are operated by S.C. PASCALE SPEDITION S.R.L., tax ID RO33430870, registered in the Trade Register under no. J01/469/2014.

Registered office: Str. Arieșului, Bl. 60A/51, Baia de Arieș, jud. Alba. Campsite and guest location: 4 Main Street, 515301 Brăzești, Alba County, Romania.

These terms govern use of transylvaniabasecamp.com and booking of camping, accommodation, related facilities (pool, bar, terrace) and promotional stays (workation, groups).

By accessing the site or making a booking, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services offered

Riverside camping on the Arieș: pitches for tents, caravans, campervans and motorhomes, with showers, summer kitchen, electricity (6A/10A) and wastewater disposal.

Accommodation: double room, family room (4 guests), two-bedroom apartment (4/5 guests), private bathroom, Wi-Fi and terrace.

Shared facilities: heated pool (in season), bar and terrace, social areas. Prices shown on the site are indicative for the main season; final price is confirmed when booking.

3. Booking

Bookings are made via the site form (WhatsApp redirect), direct WhatsApp message, phone or email.

A booking is firm only after our explicit confirmation (availability, rate, dates, unit type).

You are responsible for accurate information (name, contact, dates, guest count, vehicle/accommodation type).

Large groups, camps, convoys or events require prior confirmation and may require a deposit or separate contract.

4. Rates and payment

Published rates are in RON per night (main season unless stated otherwise) and may be updated. The applicable price is the one confirmed at booking.

Payment may be cash, bank transfer or other methods agreed at booking. Tax invoices are issued on request.

Visitor fee (guests not on a pitch but on site over 1 hour), daily pool rates and pitch electricity may be charged separately per the published price list.

Group discounts (25+ camping guests), RV association rates and workation offers (5+2, 6+1) apply as communicated when booking.

5. Check-in, check-out and stay policy

Camping: check-in usually from 2:00 PM (flexible on request, subject to availability).

Accommodation: room check-in from 1:00 PM; room check-out by 11:00 AM.

After room checkout, guests may stay on the campsite and use the pool, bar and terrace until evening, per the rules.

We reserve the right to refuse access or end a stay in case of serious rule breaches or dangerous behaviour.

6. Cancellation and changes

Cancellations and date changes should be requested as early as possible via WhatsApp or email.

Cancellation policy (fees or deposit refund) is communicated at booking confirmation; if not specified, we apply reasonable solutions based on season and occupancy.

In force majeure (extreme weather, legal restrictions), we will offer rescheduling or refunds where appropriate.

7. Campsite rules

Quiet hours 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Engines off after 10:00 PM.

Campfires only in designated areas or at the shared BBQ.

Pets: welcome on camping pitches on a leash; for rooms, confirm before booking.

Pool: swimwear required; children under 12 must be supervised at all times.

Pitch electricity: high-draw appliances not allowed (electric hob, microwave, air conditioning, etc.); use the summer kitchen.

8. Liability

The campsite is in a natural environment; guests assume risks of outdoor activities and are responsible for their belongings and vehicles.

We are not liable for losses due to force majeure, unattended theft or misuse of facilities.

Site information (trails, attractions, distances) is indicative; verify conditions on site.

9. Intellectual property

Site content (text, images, branding) belongs to the operator or partners and may not be copied without written consent.

Guest photos and reviews used with permission may be published on the site or social media.

10. Data protection

Personal data processing is described in our Privacy policy (GDPR). Cookie use is described in our Cookie policy.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Romanian law.

We aim to resolve disputes amicably. Consumers may contact the National Consumer Protection Authority (ANPC), www.anpc.ro.

EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.

Competent courts are in Romania, as provided by law.

12. Changes

We may update these terms; the last updated date is shown at the top of this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
